Employee Training

Boston Breakthrough Academy is an organization that illuminates leaders and develops human potential. Our experiential workshops provide a set of skills to support creating strong, connected relationships and making a powerful impact in teams, companies and the community. BBA is intended to serve leaders – to accelerate existing potential.

More than one hundred thousand people have participated in these workshops in cities all around the world in the past 30+ years. What our students learn and discover in our workshops will fuel their existing determination, giving them tangible and practical strategies to take their individual and team effectiveness to the next level.

Part of the magic behind our work is based in the individual experience.  If you are considering sending more than one employee to our program, we recommend sending fewer than five at a time to ensure that each employee is able to maximize that experience. For larger corporate teams, BBA will create custom curriculum intended for the team to participate together.

Employer Review

BBA Curriculum

For those employers wishing to build a specialized corporate training (20 employees or more), BBA is committed to creating the most effective experience for the employer and your team members. To best set your team up for success, we recommend the following approach:

BBA will survey you ahead of your employees’ participation to understand goals for each employee or team.

We will then track specific  metrics, including but not limited to:

- Employer review score (before and after);

- Peer review score (before and after); and

- Improved productivity metrics as laid out by the employer.

Tuition

Boston Breakthrough Academy’s core curriculum is structured in three distinct levels. Tuition covers Levels 1 and 2, while Level 3 is offered on an invitation basis, dependent upon performance in the first two levels.

Invitation to participate in Level 3 is no additional cost and includes a special all-inclusive third weekend experience.

Corporations committing to enrolling more than five employees are eligible for tuition reductions - please discuss further details with our team.
